About teeceecounsel

Who am I really? Can that be defined yet? Probably by the time I'm long gone and all the pieces of my activities are compiled and analysed then you can know what you want to know about me. Meanwhile, I write. Not because I love writing but because I love people. I love to care and love to share. I'm a deep thinker and I love to believe in the impossible. The ideal is attainable and a shot at it must be given. Don't say 'It won't work' rather ask 'how will it work? Nobody is ever doomed unless they made the choice. To resist good and to adopt evil is already doom. To loose hope is to choose doom but to believe that every step is a passing phase leading towards your hope is to choose progress. I may go on and on but my posts say it all. I don't force you to agree, I only say enjoy!

Thank you teeceecounsel for sharing the beauty of God’s creation in flowers again, how sad that many do not give Him the thanks but worship the creation instead of The Creator and so do not have His Love, yes we are to appreciate the beauty we see around us but God must get the thanks and the glory not man or what he imagines created it, yes we appreciate our gifting and others but we remember where it came from.

Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive Glory and Honour and Power for Thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

1 John 2:14-16 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the Love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

    • Whether we like it or not, Granny; all the glory belong to God and there is nothing that any man can do about it.
Man’s greatest wisdom is ignorance compared to that of the one who created the universe.
How can any man explain the origin of colours or the constituents that make a cell to become alive.
Everything on earth and beyond was created by God and for His own glory. The earlier we align by faith, the more fulfilled we can be.
It’s not for us to judge any man, their convictions were reached for a purpose.
All things work together for the good of them that love God.

“Of David. A psalm. The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;” (Psalms 24:1).

I extracted this purtion to further buttress the point that all things were created through God and for His purpose. He choses what happens with man.

“In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.” (Hebrews 2:10).

Whatever our eyes can see or our hearts can feel should never distract us from what really is!

You are doing great Granny, keep inspiring this your son to smile and research!
      Regards to Ron.

      • Hi Son, thank you for your kindness in calling me Granny Annie, it’s a name that many Children call me and not having Children who lived although they are all in Heaven, it gives me Joy and is a form of respect too but is much more friendly then calling me Mrs…..

Sometimes make believe can be real in essence, I think about the Parables they were not real but they had Truth, you are not really related to me Son or are the children who call me Aunty Anne and Grannie Annie, some of them even have children of their own but in my heart they and you are very close, especially as we are all Children of God and when redeemed we are one Family in Christ Jesus.

      • Very True Son, I don’t think on earth we will ever fully understand how God created life but we can know Him and His good will for us which is only possible by the empowering of The Holy Spirit 1Corinthians2:9-16 having asked for His wisdom ( see link below) and seeking Jesus our only Teacher, He will lead is into all Truth. Yes as you wisely shared Son, we give only God the Praise and glory for His awesome Creation.

Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

        http://freedomborn.wordpress.com/2012/05/07/the-gaining-of-wisdom/

1Corinthins2 shows us who our Teacher is and Jesus tells us more then once that He is but yes we can lean from others but only if they are sharing His Truth not their own understanding. As for Christian teaching in the media, The Holy Spirit does not say one thing to one person and something different to someone else if it contradicts.

Yes I agree with you Son, everyone has a right to believe what they want and God allows this too, He does not want puppets but He warns us because if error is Taught, they will reap what they sow and also cause confusion in others if they listen to their false understanding or even deception, there are wolves out there and false shepherds too this is why God tells us His wisdom is the principle thing, we were not Born with it. Jesus as you know tells us to ask and we will receive from Him but this means we will need to be like a Child and humble ourselves and believe we have received and this is by Faith, in that we do believe God keeps His promises and what He tells us is Truth and we act on it.

God tells us to test the Spirit of those who seek to Teach us and we do this by His Truth not man’s fleshy worldly , understanding, there is only one Truth and that’s God’s, we must not promote error.

Colossians 3:1-3 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on worldly riches and earthly gain. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

God’s planes for us are very good but Satan controls this earth and can deceive us if we don’t know God’s Truth, this is why we do what our Creator asks not what fleshy man tells us, we Trust God and obey Him.

1John 2:26-28 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is Truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.

Colossians 2 :2 -3 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in Love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is True, and we are in Him that is True, even in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the True God, and eternal life.

John 15:14-15 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.(KJV)

Matthew 10:26-28 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops (KJV)

        Psalm 32:8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you shall go. I will guide you with Mine eye.

Christian Love from both of us Grannie Annie

      • I read through the post you referred me to with your link; it was awesome!
The comic illustrations, the bible quotations and extractions, all pointing to how we can receive wisdom.
One glarring point is that, without faith, no man can receive from God.
We must first of all believe that God is and that He is capable of releasing our expectations to us.
When we ask and believe that we have received, we will see the manifestation in our everyday lives.
We don’t need to wait for a voice from heaven or for some sensations in our body to know that the Lord has handed us the world to subdue and to have dominion. Our lights must so shine that through our good works, glory would be given to our heavenly father.
All the glory belongs to God. The beauty of the flowers, the splendour of the skies and seas, the awesomeness of the mountains and the strength of the winds or flames, are all artworks of God.
These things in life that both amaze and humble us, excite and confuse us, educate and frighten us… All show God’s supremacy over us. We were made for His glory and so was the earth and everything in it.
Pride limits, doubt destroys and ignorance ruins. Obedience and humility both transforms and elevates. Faith is the key to access grace. On our own, we can do nothing. With God all things are possible.
Let our lives and all the beauty we can conjure and exude give glory to God. Tricks can deceive men, flambuoyance can attract fame, but all that we do for the flesh perishes with the flesh. We must strive for virtues of eternal relevance.
Our works of kindness and love must reach generations after us.
We have to do the best we can and God will do the rest.
Thanks much, Granny Annie for all the time and words you invest in me.
        Regards to Ron.
