Success Tips: Eliminating Pressure And Tension In Three Simple Steps

Eliminating Pressure And Tension In Three Simple Steps

1) To eliminate pressure and tension, we must think ahead of time.

Thinking ahead of time simply means considering all the possible options and variations necessary for a task earlier than they are required. Giving a good thought to activities, when there is still time ahead, gives room for comfort and relaxation during exploration. This also affords us with a good choice and without pressure and tension.

2) To eliminate pressure and tension, we must plan ahead of time.

After giving a good thought to expected tasks or activities, we should have arrived at a preferred option, which we should then plan properly and ahead of time as well. Planning involves articulating all the necessary steps in accomplishing a task and stipulating all the required provisions. A good plan should also make provisions for unforseen contingencies, as well as, changes due to inflation or any other thing. Planning ahead of time also provides more opportunity for precision and elaboration without pressure and tension.

3) To eliminate pressure and tension, we must get ready, ahead of time.

With all the good thoughts and all the good plans, it is only expedient that the required items, facilitators and equipment that would guarantee a successful implementation, be provided ahead of time. Being ready ahead of time guarantees that we appear prepared for any function, and that alone already automatically eliminates a whole lot of pressures and tension.

Being able to meet all the requirements for any given project ahead of time is the simple secret to having ample time to the thorough and to be confident.
Learning on the job may increase our determination but the experience comes with a lot of tension and pressure.
Following these three simple steps diligently in all things would simply distinguish us.
These same three simple steps, perfectly work as the cure for lateness, the cure for unpreparedness during examinations and a cure for nervousness in the face of a situation, a crowd or a very important personality.
We must endeavour never to let any situation take us unaware, but even when they do, we must be brave and confident. Facing challenges with all that is required to emerge victorious, is what we must do, rather than passing blame or attempting to win through arguments.
Do everything ahead of time, so that in due time, you would only be left with the task of perfecting and fine-tuning, rather than the tension and pressure of unpreparedness.

About teeceecounsel

Who am I really? Can that be defined yet? Probably by the time I'm long gone and all the pieces of my activities are compiled and analysed then you can know what you want to know about me. Meanwhile, I write. Not because I love writing but because I love people. I love to care and love to share. I'm a deep thinker and I love to believe in the impossible. The ideal is attainable and a shot at it must be given. Don't say 'It won't work' rather ask 'how will it work? Nobody is ever doomed unless they made the choice. To resist good and to adopt evil is already doom. To loose hope is to choose doom but to believe that every step is a passing phase leading towards your hope is to choose progress. I may go on and on but my posts say it all. I don't force you to agree, I only say enjoy!
