Poem; Wise Birthday Wishes With Sweet Words Of Love

POEM
Wise birthday wishes
may not be easy to come by.
Sweet words of love
don’t sell in a market nearby.

I will give you what I have,
if what I want for you is unavailable.
I will pour my heart to you,
if sweet words of love are unaffordable.

I wish to build you castles
but I will do it at my pace.
I want to larvish gifts on you
but slow and steady wins the race.

Rather than say nothing
I’ll search across the fence.
I can’t come empty handed;
Ignorance is no defence.

Because you are the one I love,
I’ll give you the words I’ve got.
They will become sweet words of love
and amount to wise birthday wishes.

People that have your type of heart,
are certainly few on earth.
People that appreciate your uniqueness,
are as well; few on earth.

You share when you have little;
you are an example of love.
You solve complicated problems,
you’ve got wise words of wisdom.

You deserve wise birthday wishes,
you deserve sweet words of love:
Ignorance is no defence,
Slow and steady wins the race.

I’ll give you all I’ve got
and climb the heights with you.
Your heart attracts the best rewards;
happy birthday to you!

About teeceecounsel

Who am I really? Can that be defined yet? Probably by the time I'm long gone and all the pieces of my activities are compiled and analysed then you can know what you want to know about me. Meanwhile, I write. Not because I love writing but because I love people. I love to care and love to share. I'm a deep thinker and I love to believe in the impossible. The ideal is attainable and a shot at it must be given. Don't say 'It won't work' rather ask 'how will it work? Nobody is ever doomed unless they made the choice. To resist good and to adopt evil is already doom. To loose hope is to choose doom but to believe that every step is a passing phase leading towards your hope is to choose progress. I may go on and on but my posts say it all. I don't force you to agree, I only say enjoy!
