Collective Effort

To experience certain things in life, there must be a collaboration.
Have you ever imagined giving yourself a treat in somewhere different from your routine spots and probably adding a special meal and some music to the idea?
This scenario simply matches a picnic!
Most times these kind of ideas don’t survive, especially when a single person is working towards it.
There are a few people that are sufficiently established and have all the resources to single handedly implement any interesting idea that springs up but it takes a process to get there.

“More hands lighten the weight, more shoulders ease the burden” -Nnamonu Tochukwu.

If a coulple of people join hands to bring such an idea to fruition, its implementation may only take a few minutes or hours.
One person can bring a car, another fuels it, another person can bring gadgets for music and another fixes the meal. All together the trip would be fun and it wouldn’t cost any single person too much.
Many ideas that die off without being implemented only do so because they couldn’t survive in a single mind or a single hand.
Neither man nor woman can single handedly bring forth a child, they must both unite to make that happen.
Life ensures that somethings require a collective effort to accomplish.
Have you thought of a business empire, a music carnival, a video show, an adventure, a massive building or something interesting to implement?
Figure out whether it requires another mind or hand to bring it to fruition.
Life is always beautiful if we can correctly determine when and how best to do what.
Working together with others is a beautiful thing if you understand how to handle individual differences.
Life is good for those that can have fun working in solitude and can also enjoy the privilege of being part of some collective effort.
Do what it takes to make your dream come true and your dream will come true.

About teeceecounsel

Who am I really? Can that be defined yet? Probably by the time I'm long gone and all the pieces of my activities are compiled and analysed then you can know what you want to know about me. Meanwhile, I write. Not because I love writing but because I love people. I love to care and love to share. I'm a deep thinker and I love to believe in the impossible. The ideal is attainable and a shot at it must be given. Don't say 'It won't work' rather ask 'how will it work? Nobody is ever doomed unless they made the choice. To resist good and to adopt evil is already doom. To loose hope is to choose doom but to believe that every step is a passing phase leading towards your hope is to choose progress. I may go on and on but my posts say it all. I don't force you to agree, I only say enjoy!

  1. Somewhere, is Alabama says:

Very true. An idea is more successful when more than one person is on top of it. Two heads are better than one.

This reminds me of that proverb:

” Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”

    Good read.

    • Well said! Plans fail for lack of counsel. Two heads are better than one. With many advisers, plans will definitely succeed.
Thanks for contributing your relevant opinion.

  2. saymber says:

We were able to get recycling here in our little town of 3,000 by more than one of us voicing together and taking action to make it happen. A real truth to what you write here!

    • Great! That’s called collective effort. No single tree can make a forest. It’s good to know that working together with others can make things happen. Thanks for sharing this.

  3. Miss Emm says:

Interesting points as always. Often what I come across are wonderful ideas, and people with great intentions, but when it comes time to actually perform some people simply disappear into thin air.

    • Smile! That’s very common.
I once heard a saying that goes like this; “when men talk, they sound like angels but when it’s time to act, they act like mere men”.
It requires discipline and integrity to do the things we say or intend. Not too many people have that combination and those who do have it in varying degrees.
That’s what makes all the difference.
Things will always come up but it would take people who are focused, determined and available to bring some ideas to fruition. If you seek, you will find them.
