A coin has two sides, a die has six!
If life happened to be a coin we would all have had just two choices on every matter.
It would either be the one or the other.
Good or bad,
white or black,
hot or cold
sweet or bitter
blessings or curses
life or death
and the final decision would either be right or wrong.
If life happened to be a die, we would have had as many as six choices on each matter.
Instead of just choosing between good and bad, the options would increase thus:
There are different shades of colours, heat intensities, varying degree of tastes and flavours… The list is endless.
Sometimes life offers limited options, at other times it offers a wider range of alternatives.
Whichever alternatives life offers you, be sure to pick the most appropriate option.
Life may neither be a die nor a coin but living well requires good choices and wise decisions.
Though time and chance consistently play their roles in life, we must take charge where we can and respond in the best possible way to every situation that shows up.
