The world’s greatest thinkers were never heard because they never uttered a word!
Many men have thought of wealth, power and fame. Among these men, a few played their roles well and got the reward, many spoke about their dreams while whiling away time, whereas, the majority kept on living in their world of dreams without ever getting to realize their dreams or to make impact with their thoughts.
You’ve got something of worth in you that has the capacity to bear world impacting fruits. What you do with it determines what impact it makes.
Those who have made the greatest impact are not necessarily those who have thought the most or who have the most strategic ideas but those who have:
i) the will to dare,
ii) the tenacity to keep moving despite opposition,
iii) the flexibility to adjust character, approach and attitude positively, and
iv) the ability to stay focused and enthusiastic until the desired results are produced.
I want you to realize that:
i) ability is useless unless put into use.
ii) to think and not put the thought to use is waste. See Wasted Thought.
iii) ideas rule the world! Great impact sterms from seizing great opportunities that are either masked with or hidden behind great obstacles.
iv) it’s not over till it’s over! The most important rock in a mountain is not necessarily the one at the peak but it sure adds to the height. Keep making progress, no matter how little, in a little while, it will amount to much.
Do you consider yourself more thoughtful than another? It’s not an advantage until it has been deployed to make tangible impact.
Don't be stuck in intentions, get beyond!.
Finally, keeping it simple:
i) think a lot. That’s the bedrock of every achievemnt, change, successful leadership, improvement, invention and a whole lot more that you can think about.
ii) realize often. Always make realization. Take realize in this context to mean both ‘to become aware of’ and ‘to achieve an aim’.
iii) make impact. Achieve much, influence a lot, improve things, break record, make a diffence, succeed.
With these, I can rest my case. Just keep yourself busy with assimilating and regorgitating this.
