Gently placing my head on a place to rest and letting my eyes close, to drift sleepwards… I would be cruel not to appreciate:
-my legs for keeping me standing all day and not letting me drop,
-my hands that kept gripping, pointing, holding, grabbing, scooping and ensuring that I moved all that had to move, to the right places and in the right speed or proportion,
-my nose that enabled me perceive all the beautiful meals that my tongue couldn’t get to taste as well as granting oxygen access into my respiratory system without complaining,
-my mouth that helped me with all the communication that my brilliant head was unable to establish without asistance and the meals that my stomach desired but could not reach on it’s own and finally
-my mind whose location I’ve not acertained but kept me balanced through all I did today.
The unity and co-operation exibited by these have been exceptionally phenomenal!
I’ll be presenting tokens of appreciation, which I still have not figured out, to the most enduring:
-hands, who are still guiding the fingers through typing these thoughts,
-head, if truely it’s him generating these thoughts and coordinating the operations and
-eyes, carefully observing the screen and assisting me ensure that this idea is properly communicated. I want to express my heart-felt gratitude by sending the most appropriate representative to accept all that there is to offer: “Myself”
You’ve been good today, cheers!
I also trust you to be able to relay this message without hurting any who was omitted during this appreciation, it was an oversight that can be blamed on tiredness. All have truely been wonderful!
Me, Myself and I.
