Just as muscles stretch and make the body weary when there is prolonged work, so does the mind stretch under prolonged pressure.
And as it is possible to develop muscles and build them strong so can the mind be groomed to be tenacious, creative and productive!
When setting tasks for the mind or while letting it roam freely don’t forget that there is a place for rest. I may have just started to put words together to make up this piece but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to start practicing right away. I’m off to rest!
